Marc spent the week of May 19th – 22nd with Managing Partners of dozens of other US and foreign advisory firms at Allinial Global’s 2019 Executive Team Conference in Napa, California. As a smaller firm of international tax nerds, we relish the opportunity to learn how the larger firms handle their complex issues, whether they be internal and focused on HR, staff recruitment/retention/development, firm M&A, retiring partners, or external and focused on the future of the CPA firm and related items. Luckily Marc’s brain is only big enough to take away 1 or 2 nuggets because there’s simply too many good ideas to implement them all. Thank you Allinial Global for a great opportunity.
