Marc Schwartz spoke about international / global tax issues related to divorce as a panelist at the December 5, 2014 American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) Georgia Chapter Family Law Seminar. Specific items of focus on the panel included residency status under domestic law and treaty, treatment of alimony and global after-tax cash flow in addition to a discussion of the Top Ten international tax items non-tax professionals need to know.
