To celebrate the holidays and the fact that we have an amazing group that works at Schwartz International, we attended a cooking course at The Cooking School at Irwin Street. We worked together and created a fabulous ravioli meal from scratch with Chef Sandy Houdeshell. The instruction was great, the food was superb and everyone had an amazing time. To top it all off, we finished the evening eating ice-cream (handmade by Sandy and her husband Jake) at Jake’s Ice Cream parlor. Bon Appétit!
